Shinichi Maruyama - Kusho

I was hesitant about posting this, since it is all over the net, but i just have to. it’s astoundingly beautiful.
Shinichi Maruyama has made some beautiful images using black India ink and water. He captures the two components colliding, dripping, splatting or whatnot at a 7,500th of a second, taking full advantage of visuals we miss because they happen faster than the naked eye can perceive them. This series, called Kusho, means “writing in the sky”.

This dance crew’s name is U-min, and they recently featured in Missy Elliott’s newest video “Ching-a-ling”. They call themselves an “Animation Crew”. Watch this video and see why..
